A structured audit that maps how work really moves through your team and systems, scores each workflow for value and feasibility, and hands you a ranked plan.

An AI workflow audit is the step before building. We map the workflows your team runs today, find the handoffs, delays and rework, and measure what each one costs in time.
Then we score every workflow for value, feasibility, data readiness and risk. The outcome is an automation roadmap: the workflows to hand to an AI agent first, the ones that need preparation, and the ones that should stay with people.

What you receive
Hover, tap or tab to lift a document out of the pack.
Each workflow drawn step by step, with owners, handoffs, delays and rework marked.
Every workflow rated and placed on a value and feasibility map, in ranked order.
What your data, documents and systems can support today, and what needs tidying first.
The limits, approvals and guardrails each workflow needs, in line with Agent Governance.
The first agent scoped end to end, plus the order of the workflows that follow.
Size a workflow
A rough way to size a workflow before the audit measures it properly. It is an estimate for planning, not a promise of results.

Questions
An AI workflow audit is a structured review of how work moves through your team and systems. We map the workflows, measure volume and effort, score each one for value, feasibility and risk, and give you a ranked plan that shows which workflows to hand to an AI agent first and which to leave with people.
It suits teams that know their work is slow or repetitive but are unsure where an AI agent would help most, or that have a long list of ideas and need to choose one. It is best done before building anything, because it stops you automating the wrong workflow first.
We need time with the people who run each workflow, a few example cases or documents, and a view of the systems involved, such as your CRM, ERP and helpdesk. Sample documents can be anonymised where needed. One person who can make decisions on priorities helps keep the audit moving.
Each workflow is rated on value, feasibility, data readiness and risk. Value reflects volume, time spent and cost of delay. Feasibility reflects how clear the rules are and whether your systems can be reached. The scores place each workflow on a map, so the best starting points are easy to see.
You receive a workflow map showing handoffs and delays, an opportunity scorecard, a readiness check on your data and systems, notes on risks and the approvals each workflow needs, and a pilot plan with a sequenced roadmap.
Timing and cost depend on how many workflows and teams are in scope and how many systems are involved. A focused audit of a few workflows is quicker than one that spans several departments. After a short call we give you a scoped proposal with a realistic range.
No. The roadmap is written so that your own team or another partner could act on it. If you want us to build the first agent, we can scope it directly from the audit findings.
We will tell you. The audit may find that data, process or system issues should be fixed first, or that a simpler automation does the job. A clear answer of not yet is still a useful result, because it saves you from building something that would not work.
