See it in actionAI email & document processing
From messy attachments to clean, structured data.
Email and document agents read what lands in your shared inboxes and folders, understand what it is, extract the fields that matter, and take the next step in your CRM, ERP or helpdesk.
Most teams still rely on people to open every message, read every PDF and retype details into another system. Our email and document agents handle that work: classifying incoming mail, extracting data from invoices, purchase orders, contracts and forms, drafting replies, and routing exceptions to the right person. Every item comes with a confidence score and a record of what the agent did, so your team stays in control.

Questions
Answers before you ask.
What is an AI email and document agent, and how is it different from email rules or OCR?
Email rules move messages using fixed conditions, and OCR only turns an image into text. An AI email and document agent understands what a message or file means, extracts the right fields, decides the next step within your rules, and updates your systems. It can also handle variation, such as a new invoice layout, and knows when to send an item to a person.
Which types of documents can the agent read?
Agents typically handle emails, PDFs, scans, images, spreadsheets and Word files, including invoices, purchase orders, contracts, forms and claims. We test with samples of your real documents before launch, so you know how each type performs.
Can the agent reply to emails automatically?
Yes, within the limits you set. Some teams start with draft-only replies that a person approves, then allow automatic sending for routine, low-risk messages. Sensitive topics such as complaints or refunds can always go to a person.
Which inboxes and systems does it connect to?
Agents work with shared mailboxes such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and connect to your CRM, ERP, accounting and helpdesk tools. See our integration services, and tell us if you run something else so we can scope the connection.
How accurate is data extraction, and what happens to low-confidence items?
Accuracy depends on document quality and layout, which is why we measure it on your own samples. Each extraction carries a confidence score. Items below the threshold you set go to a review queue with the agent's work attached, so a person only confirms or corrects.
How do you keep sensitive email and document data secure?
We limit each agent to the mailboxes, folders and fields in scope, log every action, and can mask sensitive fields where needed. Data handling follows your policies, and your security team should review the setup for your requirements.
Can it handle handwritten forms and poor-quality scans?
Modern models read many handwritten and low-quality documents, but results vary. We test with your real samples, and anything the agent cannot read reliably is routed to a person instead of guessed.
How much do AI email and document agents cost, and how long do they take to launch?
Cost depends on document volume, the number of document types, the systems connected and the level of ongoing support. A focused agent for one inbox or document type can often be piloted in a matter of weeks. After a short discovery call we give you a scoped proposal with a realistic range.
